Kundalini Yoga Classes

The class is a time to offer to yourself for your personal practice, time for you to go deeper inside. As well as physical exercise, a kundalini yoga class is an inner journey to increase your awareness of your true self.

I have recently moved to London and am not yet teaching a regular class.  Sometimes I will cover a class for my colleagues so you will find the occasional class on the calendar.

NB I am not currently teaching any classes.

 

General info

  • Classes are 1 hour 15 minutes
  • Please bring a bottle of water. Depending on the venue, you may also need to bring your own yoga mat etc
  • Wear clothing you can comfortably move in
  • Allow 2-3 hours after eating before coming to class, or better still, eat after the class
  • Please don’t drink alcohol before coming to the class
